A typical day at DanceIHC involves a comprehensive training regimen. From intensive stretching to progressions across the floor, from control and balance exercises to mastering jumps, leaps, turns, and technical segments, our students cover all facets of dance. We also prioritize choreography, allowing dancers to express themselves creatively while honing their skills.
